we have to change our tool to support multibuild function in the Factory development model

Checklist

multibuild package have to remove links in the devel project
factoryauto have to decline the request if the source is multibuild type and has links in the devel project
repochecker have to fetch package from source if it is multibuild package
accept cmd have to remove old links if new merge is a multibuild package
repochecker have to parse _multibuild file to know sub-package
an good approach to handle split package in ring
