we have to change our tool to support multibuild function in the Factory development model
Checklist
- multibuild package have to remove links in the devel project
- factoryauto have to decline the request if the source is multibuild type and has links in the devel project
- repochecker have to fetch package from source if it is multibuild package
- accept cmd have to remove old links if new merge is a multibuild package
- repochecker have to parse _multibuild file to know sub-package
- an good approach to handle split package in ring

- Related to action #17700: forbidden multibuild package to Factory till https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/17698 implemented and no issues added

IIUC "multibuild support" is properly working and fully used, isn't it?
