podman recently added experimental support for OCI artifacts. We should add a new test module for this on Tumbleweed.

Since this is only present in new podman versions, this can only be part of Tumbleweed and not of SLES just yet.

"In short, artifacts are files that can be stored on OCI registries and can be used in conjunction with containerized applications allowing for more flexibility in their packaging and delivery."

Acceptance criteria¶

• AC1: There is a new test module podman_artifacts as part of the container test runs for Tumbleweed
