Description:¶

The existing Windows Update script is failing to run on Windows 24H2 due to deprecation within the Windows Update Agent API. This necessitates the development of a new script compatible with the updated API.

Goals:¶

• Create a new Windows Update script that functions correctly on Windows 24H2.
• Simplify the update process for improved efficiency.
• Ensure compatibility with the latest Windows 11 version.

Acceptance Criteria:¶

1. The new script successfully installs all available updates on Windows 24H2.
2. The script executes without errors on Windows 24H2.
3. The script is compatible with the latest version of Windows 11.
4. The script adheres to coding best practices and is well-documented.
