SLE15SP5 LTSS will be on 2014-12-31, I think we need to enable LTSS in scc register.

Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP5-Server-DVD-Updates-aarch64-qam-minimal+base@aarch64-virtio fails in
zypper_lifecycle
