"lslic -m $hmc_machine_name -t syspower" the parameter is not mentioned by manual

Description

Regarding the code https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/blob/3beb2152061b21bef6dd088c9e24cd12c7243738/lib/bootloader_pvm.pm#L239

-t syspower cannot work in the latest HMC version, especially for POWER10, it is not mentioned in manual or help of lslic and got the failure information: The command entered is either missing a required parameter or a parameter value is invalid. The parameters that are missing or have an invalid value are -t syspower. Please check your entry and retry the command.

    -t <type>              - The type of LIC levels to display:
                               sys     - Managed System LIC levels.
                               sriov   - Single Root I/O Virtualization 
                                         (SR-IOV) adapter levels.
                               bmc     - Baseboard Management Controller (BMC)
                                         levels.
                               pnor    - PNOR levels.
                               bmcpnor - BMC and PNOR levels.

So suggest using -t sys replacing -t syspower
