[Containers] Extend nerdctl test coverage

Description

We run basic nerdctl tests on Tumbleweed as part of the containerd test suite, (e.g. https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/4633067). The test coverage is very basic and we should try to get the standard container engine tests running with nerdctl.

Not sure if this is possible, but it's worth a try.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1 - nerdctl runs the same container engine tests as podman and docker where possible

nerdctl is by its own definition a "non-core sub-project of containerd". It's highly experimental and full of bugs.
