Motivation¶

https://github.com/astral-sh/uv and https://github.com/astral-sh/ruff promise significant speed gains over pip+flake/black . Let's try if we can use them for our python projects, e.g. https://github.com/openSUSE/qem-bot and https://github.com/os-autoinst/openqa_review

• AC1: We use uv+ruff for at least qem-bot and openqa_review or know why we can't
