Description

it should be softfailed comparing with previous testing, please investigate why kernel-debug cannot be found/installed.

Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP7-JeOS-for-kvm-and-xen-x86_64-jeos-kdump@svirt-xen-hvm fails in
kdump_and_crash

Test suite description

After booting, setting up, patching and registering
a system based on an already existing hard disk image for the Xen
and KVM hypervisors provided in the qcow2 format, the kdump
functionality is tested.
The test is conducted on an x86_64 VM on a KVM/Xen host.
This scenario is defined by
https://gitlab.suse.de/qac/qac-openqa-yaml.

Fails since (at least) Build 1.13
