Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP7-Online-ppc64le-install_os@hmc_ppc64le_hanaperf_blackcurrant fails in
install_qatestset

Test suite description

SLEperf need VER_CFG to fill the values in qaset

Reproducible

When the job is triggered automatically, VER_CFG is not defined, SLEperf need this value.

Expected result

Last good: 14.1 (or more recent)
