openSUSE admin

Some inactive-heroes@o.o notifications seem to not arrive.

Today 24 were sent:

But only 23 succeeded:

The one failing one seems to be bounced by Redmine.

The Redmine mail handler reports:

Which seems to correspond with the following Redmine log entry (unfortunately no ID to match with, but timestamp is close enough):

E, [2024-08-31T00:00:03.123454 #1150] ERROR -- : [d0c07ea4-5052-48cc-939a-4dbbbc9e4015] MailHandler: failed to create User: ["Email has already been taken"]

It is correct that Redmine creates a "pseudo account" for email addresses, but if one already exists, it should be using that. In this case, the account does exist as https://progress.opensuse.org/users/47087. It's not immediately obvious to me why it failed to use this account for one of the emails.
