Description
Motivation¶
https://stats.openqa-monitor.qa.suse.de/alerting/routes has a notification policy for "alert=host_up". It looks like we don't need this policy and IMHO we shouldn't have it. Can we remove it?

If I click "Edit notification policy" I see that "Override grouping" is enabled and there is "Group by" set to "alert". Do we have that policy to group "host_up" alerts with other alerts for the same host to prevent multiple non-actionable alerts if a host is down? But I guess we would only see "no data" for all of those and we treat them as "OK" so they shouldn't trigger notifications. I removed the notification policy now and we will see what will happen. I just wanted to create a ticket to make my action explicit.
