Seems the config file is changed for sle15sp6, but need to double confirm

bash: /etc/sssd/conf.d/suse.conf: No such file or directory

I can get the update from Samuel Cabrero that "/etc/sssd/conf.d" will not seen on sle15sp6 now, so we need to revise our test code to create a new dir.

Even https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1226157 is fixed, a new issue is encountered, good news is that the fix is on the way.
