Description

We need to check whether podman-remote is available in some products.

The first time it happened with SLEM 6.0:

With the update of podman to 4.9.x it happened again for 15-SP3 and SLEM 5.1 to 5.4:
https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1226596

This check may be extended to other podman subpackages as well. See discussion in:

Our current podman_remote test doesn't catch this. The only instance where we install podman-remote in our test code is in podman_integration, but the upstream tests can't be extended to all our products.
