Hi,

sorry, but we can only help with the openSUSE infrastructure, not the distribution. From what I can tell, Tumbleweed right now ships 6.9.1, but I don't know beyond that.
I suggest reaching out to one of the community support channels (mailing list, forums, ..) to find assistance.
