openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP5-BCI-Updates-ppc64le-rust_oldstable_on_SLES_12-SP5@ppc64le fails in
root_BCI-tests_all

Test messages # test_no_orphaned_packages[bci/rust:oldstable from registry.suse.de/suse/sle-15-sp5/update/cr/totest/images/bci/rust:oldstable]

zypper up/dup does a package rename due to provides/obsoletes fail

Test suite description

The base test suite is used for job templates defined in YAML documents. It has no settings of its own.

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 2.1_rust-oldstable-image

Expected result

Last good: 2.24_rust-oldstable-image (or more recent)
