openQA test in scenario opensuse-15.6-DVD-x86_64-stack_tests_python@64bit fails in
django

On Leap 15.6, Django has built with python 3.11, the binary package is now python311-Django, doing 'zypper in python3-Django' won't work since python3-Django indicate to python 3.6 build of Django as well as python3-Django is no longer released with Leap 15.6
