I managed to login to sauron (pw: s…g) and found net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1 in /etc/sysctl.conf but no comment explaining why. I removed that line and set sysctl -w net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=0 which fixed IPv6. The system is now also fully reachable over IPv6. On racktables I added 10.146.4.46 to https://racktables.nue.suse.com/index.php?page=object&tab=ip&hl_ip=10.146.4.46&object_id=12304 and reviewed the rest of https://racktables.nue.suse.com/index.php?object_id=12304&page=object&tab=default .
Set Jira-task to "Done" and resolving here accordingly.
