thanks for the report.
Unfortunately we currently do not have anyone maintaining the debuginfod service.
I updated the status page with the outage.

While it's not so easy for an outsider, we would be more than happy to onboard you as an insider to our Heroes team (https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Heroes).

The main issue with debuginfod is that it used to run on our provo-mirror server, which wasn't really the right place, as well as that the person who originally installed it no longer participated in our team.
The service would need to be re-deployed on a new machine (and maintained/updated as needed).
Is that something you would be interested in?
