closedsurvey.o.o outage

Description
Hi all,
We kicked off the vote last night for the logo contest
(https://news.opensuse.org/2023/11/23/selecting-the-new-face-of-os-is-underway/)
during the community meeting. Everything seemed to be going fine.
Waking up this morning, I see there is a 504 timeout error, so people
can't vote. Could you please take a look at it? I'm not sure if the
voting started to overload the server, but I guess that is a good thing.
Voting goes until Dec. 10.

Hi,
do you experience this right now as well?
After the initial storm (some days ago) we increased the server resources and applied some tuning. Ever since I did not notice any outages myself, but maybe it's sporadic?
Best,
Georg

Looks like it went down again. This is after the vote completed today.

I did not notice any crashes today, but the CPU is unusually heavily utilized by PHP FPM workers since about 13:43:
Will need to investigate what is causing this, it does not seem like ordinary increased load.

Or was there any known additional use of the application today (for example some public announcement of a survey)?
