Turn on Bluetooth

UPDATE: "Bluetooth Sharing" is on longer in the "Sharing" panel.

Sharing:

System Setting -> Sharing -> Bluetooth Sharing -> turn on.

Steps:
1.Install SLED15 SP3 on a machine with BT hardware.
2.Connect to bluetooth earphone and play some audio file.
3.Connect to a cell phone with bluetooth.
4.Connect to a machine with SLE/ openSUSE (any available version wound be fine)

Expected Result:
vp2.The sound output from bluetooth earphone is fine.
vp3.It could browse the files in cell phone and send/receive files with cell phone successfully.
vp4.It could browse the files in the other machine and send/receive
files with the other machine successfully.
