Description

please make sure there is no photos under Pictures/ Downloads folder and no online accounts in Settings.

Steps:

1. Launch gnome-photos
2. Click the ""Settings"" link on the ""No Photos Found"" screen.

Expected Result:
VP2. After click the ""Settings"" link, it should
invoke the gnome-control-center successfully and navigate to the
""Online Accounts"" tab.
