Description

You need to add the machine to AD domain first.

  1. Login with a domain user account
  2. Open Settings -> Printers
  3. Unlock with root password.
  4. "Add New Printer"
  5. Provide the address of the shared printer, search the printer.

[NU]:
printers shared in the windows server could be added to linux client and print test page successfully
printers shared in another linux client which has joined in AD domain via samba could be added to linux client, while print test page failed
for [error log find in /vat/log/cups/error.log]

VP5. Printer should be listed and can be added.
