Prepare:
Start the cups service via: systemctl start cups.service
Steps:
add AP-450 printer in Beijing R&D area:
- Open ""localhost:631"" in browser (firefox).
- Click ""Adding Printers..."", then click ""Add Printer"".
- A dialog comes out and requests username and password, you must fill it with root and root password.
- If it turns to the ""Add Printer"" web, choose ""Other Network Printers""--> ""LPD/LPR Host or Printer""--> ""Continue"".
- Type ""socket://147.2.207.33"" in ""Connection"" then continue.
- Fill ""Name"", ""Description"", ""Location"" as you want, and continue.
- Choose ""Fujitsu"" in ""Make"", then ""Continue"".
- Select ""Fujitsu PrintPartner 20W Foomatic/pxlmono (recommended)"" in ""Model"" list.
- Click ""Add Printer"", then ""Set default"" your printer is installed successfully.
