Steps:
1.1 run `nm-connection-editor` in terminal
then click 'Add' -> choose 'Mobile Broadband' to add a generic
connection type (HSDPA modem, GSM, CDMA).

1.2 File ""Username"", ""Password"" for this connection, and check
""Connect automatically"".

1.3 Insert corresponding device

Expected Result:
VP1.3 After you insert device, it connect automatically and
successfully.
