Observation

https://stats.openqa-monitor.qa.suse.de/d/WDmalbec/worker-dashboard-malbec?orgId=1&viewPanel=65105 shows responses but still an alert firing. From OSD by default trying to ping malbec tries to reach AAAA which isn't effective, maybe never worked or just recently failed? Anyway, as part of #134912 likely it's better if we shut down malbec soon anyway. For now I just added silences for malbec as it seems the machine is generally still there and also reachable over salt.

I removed the machine from production now and powered it off. Related alert silences removed.
