I handled the comment and the user, thank you for reporting it.
JFYI we are now working on a new way to report spam from OBS itself. It is part of the Content moderation beta feature. Once you'll join the beta program you will find a Report button next to the comment, or the user, and other entities. Feel free to try it out and give us feedback.
