openQA test in scenario sle-micro-5.5-Default-s390x-slem_image_default@s390x-kvm-sle12 fails in
rebootmgr

Test suite description

SLE Micro image boot with ignition disk and default tests. Default tests are transactional-update, rebootmgr, health_check, cockpit service and some other checks specific to SLE Micro.

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 7.1_1.3

I will monitor this sporadic issue in next few builds and check if it is a performance issue or a product bug.
