openQA test in scenario sle-micro-5.5-DVD-x86_64-slem-extensions_and_modules@64bit fails in
scc_registration

Test suite description

Testing the yast installation with enabling the available SLE Micro extensions and modules, e.g. phub, live..

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 7.1_1.3

SCC_URL is not defined in job group,however, it is defined in medium types already, we may need to remove this setting.

I removed the setting of SCC_URL="" from the test suites, then the system registers against proxySCC,
VR: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/11705364#step/scc_registration/5
Though the job still failed, but it is another issue. This ticket can be closed.
