Motivation

hreinecke asked mgriessmeier to cleanup "tenants" in netbox.dyn.cloud.suse.de/ but so far we use racktables as production inventory management system. As soon as we are asked to use netbox.dyn.cloud.suse.de and not racktables.nue.suse.com/ anymore we should clean up QE related tenants definitions in netbox.
