Fails since (at least) Build :17960:bazel6.1687769401 (current job)
Expected result¶
Last good: :17959:libjxl.1687769425 (or more recent)

I am closing this ticket as the issue is not reproducible, and I have not observed any test failures in the latest runs.

The issue is seen when we have new packages installed:

I could not reproduce the issue, and now I have not seen any failures in 20 days. So, I will close this ticket.
