I have tried running the test with TIMEOUT_SCALE=2, which should avoid all timeouts: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/11468176
The test module has been previously modified to accept longer timeouts in general, but some platforms are still slow. Perhaps using TIMEOUT_SCALE just for those specific platforms is not a bad idea.
