Description

Instead of going for calling dracut on the host it may be easier to build a basic, static, host independent initrd in OBS.
It must not contain any drivers. Those have to be added eg as sysext images or sd-boot needs to be able to load .kos directly.

Building an additional initrd locally that contains kernel modules.
Additional challenge is luks. Either the crypttab has to be appended or we need to pass rd.luks.uuid and rd.luks.name as cmdline
