All GitLab pipelines are failing with the following runner error:
ERROR: Preparation failed: creating cache volume: set volume permissions: running permission container "01425ebd3f7626e115a8ce63ca78050fed00dcc1ebacd9cac14084f0013733bc" for volume "runner-shadmilv-project-6096-concurrent-1-91ff22f6c0988cfe-cache-c33bcaa1fd2c77edfc3893b41966cea8": starting permission container: Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. To reduce the frustration, I will disable e-mail alerts for bot-ng and openqabot until the problem is targeted. Blocked on the SD-117102.
