set_repo -A -t tehanu.qam.suse.cz however fails to properly add update repo
This makes testing such updates extremely difficul, with workaround not being really equivalent to what is done using mtui.

mtui 13.2.7 works as excepted, Looks like automatic update QA:Maintenance:Test wasn't triggered for longer time. Maybe check why in another poo ?

the test version is 13.3.0~20221205.a59d7ab-qam.52.3 - thus zypper will not change it - should Test repo be disabled then?

no ,i triggered manually and I'll later look into this with Jan why wasn't updated ...
