openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP5-Online-x86_64-fips_env_mode_tests_crypt_x11@64bit-amd fails in
hexchat_ssl

consideration: when run as multiple instances in parallel, the test may fail because it uses always the local username to register in IRC, and if that user it's already logged it can't login again.

apart from that, test seems running fine, so it seems like a sporadic failure
