Revert https://github.com/os-autoinst/openQA/pull/4922 merged. Rolled back installation on o3 with
zypper -n in --oldpackage /var/cache/zypp/packages/devel_openQA/noarch/openQA{,-client,-common}-4.6.1669369245.569cb5e-lp154.5429.1.noarch.rpm && systemctl restart openqa-webui openqa-scheduler
confirmed o3 working again, informed DimStar in https://suse.slack.com/archives/C02CANHLANP/p1669376570964459?thread_ts=1669375960.571749&cid=C02CANHLANP
