Description

Test are failing in https://openqa.suse.de/tests/overview?result=failed&result=incomplete&result=timeout_exceeded&distri=sle&version=15-SP4&build=171.1&groupid=458 with the error,

Could not open 'sle/lib/../test_data/qam/QR/15-SP4/encryption/full_lvm_enc.yaml' for reading: No such file or directory at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.26.1/YAML/PP/Reader.pm line 56.

https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/tree/master/test_data/qam/QR is missing 15-SP4.
