Description

  1. Make sure "Gnome Shell Integration" plugin keep in "Ask to Activate" status by default.
  2. Visit Gnome extension website.
  3. Check "Installed extensions".
  4. Install extension "User Themes" from website. (click to turn on extension, confirm to download)

vp1. chrome-gnome-shell is renamed to gnome-browser-connecter for GNOME42+.
vp2. It will ask you if to allow to run the plugin. Select "Allow and Remember".
vp3. It will list the extensions currently installed on your system.
vp4. The extension can be installed on Gnome Shell. You can confirm that either by verify the extension function, or check /usr/share/gnome-shell/extensions .
