Description

s1. Check Delete button in "Start note"
s2. Try to delete "Start note" via click 'delete' button

note:
'Start note' could be delete via right mouse click-> delete (expected)

VP1. "Delete" button is not available.
VP2. You should never be able to delete the start note via 'delete' button

"Start note" can be deleted in SLE15SP5. Tested in build 72.1.
