Description

Steps:
s1. Open Gnote in the first time on a machine.
s2. Check the directory of ~/, with no prior ~/.gnote directory

VP1.
Gnote should include "Create New Note", "Start Here (new)" note and "Using links in Gnote(new)" note.
# Gnote will not open "Start Here" note in the first run. 

Expected Result:
VP2. The directory of ~/, don't include ~/.gnote directory.
