Motivation

In some cases we use o3-admins@suse.de or osd-admins@suse.de for stuff that is not related to specific machines to administer, e.g. a circleCI bot account used https://github.com/os-autoinst/openQA , but the group of people is not necessarily the same. Better if we use a dedicated new mailing list, e.g. within the scope of opensuse.org?
