Description
There is a number of clouds/3rd party hosting out there where openSUSE is
available as option. Leap needs to be uploaded there.

I have 'openSUSE-Leap-15.5-15.5-WSL.x86_64-155.2.494.0-Build2.494.appx' ready to go, does this include submitting it for Microsoft to review/approve (sometimes they do it in ~4hrs or less, maybe not for brand new submissions, but you never know) - or should that wait until tomorrow?
