clean up temporary SLE forks

Description
clean up the any temporary SLE forks from subproject.
These forks are only done in Backports projects, not in toplevel openSUSE:Leap
Subprojects are FactoryFork, SLEFork
- Status changed from New to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Should've done already, we do have SLE's fork in Backports, no longer had any temporary SLE forks, other than those forked package, SLE packages has cleaned up in Backports.
