Description
1) For HA online cases we all used zypper, but failed to check_os_release to make sure it's
been upgraded to 15sp4. and no ha-related verification, simple verification.
2) For function check the hostname module, force_scheduled_tasks,grub_set_bootargs
actually, they are not HA-related and should be removed to save time?
3) For registration, we can use ADDON_REGBYCMD to save time and avoid needle mismatch.
for HA are mostly use textmode, we can set DESKTOP=textmode
