I found backup.qa to be Leap 15.2, upgrading to Leap 15.3

Unlike my or our normal approach due to known bugs in the upgrade I needed to do
zypper -n --releasever=15.3 ref
zypper -n --releasever=15.3 dup --auto-agree-with-licenses --replacefiles --download-in-advance --allow-vendor-change
zypper -n --releasever=15.3 dup --auto-agree-with-licenses --replacefiles --download-in-advance --allow-vendor-change
zypper -n --releasever=15.3 dup --auto-agree-with-licenses --replacefiles --download-in-advance --allow-vendor-change
reboot
but then all good :)
