Therefore, Quarkus is required as a package in openSUSE.

We can provide Quarkus (with possible RH support) based on (open)SUSE, so long as the supported configuration is used:

We have to use OpenJDK 11 as a foundation then.
We can use the following Dockerfile as a foundation for packaging:
