Motivation¶

During the SUSE QE Tools workshop 2021-12-10 mainly asmorodskyi was bringing up that users of our systems, mostly openQA, are often not aware of upcoming features or bigger changes and would like to have a chance to provide feedback before deployment, at best during the design phase, e.g. in the ticket, at least during development phase, e.g. in a pull request

Ideas¶

1. On github we can have a label like "user-feedback-desired", put that onto interesting new feature pull requests and wait for user feedback for a reasonable time, e.g. a week
2. Similar approach with tags or keywords on tickets
3. More often send invitations for idea or design reviews to usual users, e.g. in chat and mailing lists
