Test description
Based on the test requirement, I only need to run the test on aarch4 platform.
however, there is one open bug which blocks our test

Test steps
- Start a vm with tpm1.2 device attached if no real hardware
- install tpm-tools nd trousers packages
- check packages' version
- basic tpm_tool function tests [tcsd service, tpm_tool self test et]
