Fork packages for CtLG Features targeting SLE 15 SP3.
Jump is based on SLE 15 SP2 Update and all features to unify code-stream and enable same features during build time targeting SP3 would not be available to the Jump and result could be regression on feature set in Jump compared to Leap.
For this reason we need to fork the package and make sure that it's rebuild in Jump so we preserve features.
