maintenance needs to release test updates in the update channel

I queued 2 maintenance incidents on openSUSE side first. How to:

  • leap 15.3 specific:

obs createincident
obs branch -N -M openSUSE:Leap:15.4:Update yast2-theme openSUSE:Maintenance:17203
... create patchinfo

  • backports 15-sp3 specific:

obs createincident
obs branch -M -N openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP4:Update hello openSUSE:Maintenance:17204
... create patchinfo

The automation will lock it.

For SLES we need a beta channel first... Need to work on this tomorrow or so.

Projects on OBS side are setup correctly.
